There's nothing like home-made haemul pajeon, or pancakes made with jjokpa (Korean green onions), oysters and clams (sometimes with squid but not this time). It's so easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. Just mix some flour and egg with some water and add the jjokpa and sprinkle some of the seafood onto the pan when you pour the batter. It goes well with makgeolli, a Korean rice drink, or just as part of a regular meal.
